There are no deposits, admin fees, cleaning fees or any other hidden costs. All we require is the first month paid in advance and a minimum stay of 7 days. All unused rent is refunded on move out — it's that simple.

With month-to-month terms there are no long-term penalties. Just give us 7 days' notice to terminate the agreement. We can walk you through the exact steps when you're ready.

Yes! We sell packing supplies on-site and offer free trailer hire for move-ins (terms and conditions apply). Just ask what materials you need and we'll help you out.

You provide your own padlock — we sell them on-site if you need one. This ensures you're the only one with the key or combination for your belongings.

Yes — you can store vehicles at our Dunedin location. Please call to discuss your specific requirements and available spaces.

Yes! We can hold small packages in the office for you, or you can arrange with your courier to deliver directly to your unit.

These are storage spaces, not workshops. Light work is okay, but activities that create dust, excessive noise, fire risk, or spill liquids that affect other customers are not permitted.

We use AI cameras, CCTV, electric fencing, automatic gates and excellent lighting — plus monitored systems to keep your belongings safe and secure.

Anything that's a risk to the property or people, including perishable items that attract pests, lithium-ion batteries, gas bottles, chlorine, acid, paint, petrol, items with strong odours or anything that can leak. Units are for storage only — living or sleeping in them isn't permitted.

We don't sell insurance at Stash-It Dunedin. If you have personal contents insurance it is likely covered under that policy — contact your insurance company to confirm.
