About us

When our family was travelling back through the United States, we realised that people needed a secure dry space to store their valuable things. It initially started in the Bay of Plenty and we now have new Stash-It facilities in Hamilton and Dunedin.

Some of our managers have more than two decades of combined experience and, interestingly, the new generation involved in the business have also been immersed in it since 1994. Their tasks involved showing customers units, cleaning units for reletting, and general dogsbody work for their young lives.

Customers are our business's lifeblood and as such we aim to give a storage experience like no other. We deeply understand the sometimes harsh realities of moving — so we strive to ensure your stay is as simple, seamless and sympathetic as possible.
